Saratoga beat Averill Park 61-45 in a Suburban Council encounter. 

Saratoga used an impressive first eight minutes and sprinted out to a first quarter lead 18-11. 

The Blue Streaks dominated the first half and led 37-23. 

Saratoga played as a complete unit in the second quarter turning a 7-point first quarter lead into a 14-point halftime bulge. 
 
The Warriors cut a twenty one point second half deficit to eleven points, with just under six minutes left in the game, but couldn't get any closer.

The Blue Streaks were in control at every period ending horn by margins of 7, 14, 16, & 16. 
 
Saratoga placed three players in double figure scoring. Aidan Holmes paced the Blue Streaks with 16 points. Michael Rogan scored 14 points. Luke Britton netted 14 points. 
The Blue Streaks splashed 6 hoops from long range. 
Saratoga shot with first-rate accuracy from the charity stripe as they produced 91.7%, 11 of 12. 

Ben Romer led Averill Park with 15 points. Nick Clemenzi netted 7 points. Michael Re had 5 points. 
Averill Park buried 4 buckets from beyond the arch.
