Niskayuna pulled away from Averill Park 62-30 in a Suburban Council match-up. The Silver Warriors used a monster second half as they outscored Averill Park 39-7 after the break.

Both teams scratched and clawed to score the ball in the opening frame as they combined for only 14 points. Averill Park held a slim 2-point margin at the start of the second quarter.

The two teams struggled to grab a foothold as the teams went to the first half intermission with the game tied 23-23.
The squads revved up the offenses and combined for their highest scoring period of 32 points in the second quarter.
 
The Silver Warriors came through with inspired basketball out of the locker room, after being level at the half, and grabbed an advantage of 41-30 moving on to the last quarter.

The Silver Warriors placed three players in double figure scoring. Gabe Eldaye led Niskayuna with 15 points. Owen Evans collected 11 points. Jack Allen dropped 10 points. Kenyon Coleman popped in 8 points. Darian Parker chalked up 8 points.
The Silver Warriors drilled 8 baskets from behind the three point line.
Owen Evans made 3 three-pointers.

Nick Clemenzi paced Averill Park with 9 points. Ben Romer racked up 8 points. Mike Sullivan netted 4 points.
