Despite an MVP caliber game from Royal Brown of Cohoes, the Tigers were defeated by Schuylerville 55-50. Brown scored a game high 34 points. Lukas Sherman helped the cause for Schuylerville with 23 points. Sherman had a monster third quarter with thirteen points helping the Black Horses outscore Cohoes by ten points the frame to break open a tight game. Schuylerville advances to the semi-final round on 3/2 vs Ichabod Crane in Glens Falls.

Cohoes rallied in the fourth quarter but Schuylerville were clutch down the stretch making nine of ten free throws in the final frame.

Defense reigned supreme in the 2nd quarter as the teams scored barely 12 points.The end result was still uncertain as the teams went to the first half recess with Schuylerville nosing in front.

The Black Horses were benefitted by a robust performance in the third quarter and outscored Cohoes by 10 points.

The Black Horses were in front at all period closing whistle by separations of 4, 2, 12, & 5.

The Black Horses had a trio in double figure scoring. Lukas Sherman helped the cause for Schuylerville with 23 points. Ryan Dow scored 15 points. Owen Sherman poured in 10 points.
