Columbia defeated Albany Academy 65-58 in a non-league battle. The Blue Devils shot an incredible 28 of 29 from the free throw line in the victory. 

After a tight first quarter Albany Academy grabbed their largest lead of the game, 25-18, after an Eva Gitto three point play. Columbia rallied with a 6-0 run right before the half cutting the Bears lead to one at the break.

Multiple ties and lead changes were the theme in the second half. After an Aliva Landy basket gave Columbia a 58-56 lead with 2:16 left in the final frame her teammate Madelyn Marra made a huge three pointer, her only made field goal of the game, with 1:17 left in the fourth quarter to extend Columbia's two point lead to five points. Giving her squad the breathing room they needed.

Alivia Landy led all scorers with 24 points for the Blue Devils. Sarah Rainville netted 16 and Kendyl Ouimette added 14.

Eva Gitto tallied 16 points for Columbia, Alex Leonard 12 points, Morgan Vien 11 points, Liana Williams 9 points, and Emily Thorton 8 points.
